This is one of the first thick books I have read. It has 262 pages.
It is the story of some special children, I would not think they are the worst, just a bit weird.

Dribbling Drew, Bertha the Blubberer, Nigel Nit-Boy, Miss Petula Perpetual-Motion, Peter Picker (yes, it is what you are thinking, he is the biggest snot picker in the world), Grubby Gertrude, Brian Wong who was never ever wrong, Windy Mindy, Earnest Enest and Sofia Sofa (yes, she spent her whole life in a sofa).
